am a local artist whose work is rooted in a deep connection with the natural world. The flora, fauna, and landscapes of my surroundings provide an endless source of inspiration, and I aim to capture not only their forms but also their atmosphere and spirit. My preferred medium is watercolour, which allows me to explore light, colour, and movement with a freshness and immediacy I greatly enjoy. However, I also work in acrylics, pastels, and pen and wash when a subject suggests a different approach. My practice is diverse: at times my pieces are loose and expressive, while other works are more finely detailed, depending on the mood and qualities of the subject. Above all, I seek to create images that are colourful, engaging, and reflective of the beauty I see in everyday moments. I am an active member of several art groups and regularly exhibit locally, enjoying the chance to share my work within the community and to connect with others who share a passion for art.
