This is a richly atmospheric abstract seascape.Deep oceanic blues,turquoise,teal and violet tones sweep across the surface in broad,textured acrylic layers, suggesting rocky outcrops and the shadowed arches of a submerged cavern.Softly vertical streaks of aqua and light teal pierce the darker passages like shafts of light filtering through water, while subtle glints of warm brown and gold hint at coral or seabed stone.The contrast between the cave-like edges and the luminous blue-green centre evokes the sense of standing at the threshold of a mermaid's hidden hall,gazing outward to the open ,shimmering sea.
