ONLINE SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS
These conditions apply to all online sales only.
Online Purchase
On purchase the exhibition administrator will contact the buyer to initiate any initial discussions about any costs relating to the safe packaging, delivery, insurance, or taxes or duties (only applicable for overseas sales) that may be incurred, if any. Also to discuss suitable dates for dispatch and delivery. If the buyer chooses for the gallery to arrange dispatch and delivery of the artwork any additional costs will be added to the purchase price of the artwork and will be due to be paid before safe dispatch of the artwork is arranged by the exhibition administrator.
Buyers will also be given the option to collect the work in person or arrange collection and delivery of the work themselves either by courier or other third party. In this case, the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred for arranging packaging, collection, insurance etc and the safe delivery of their purchased artwork. It is advised that buyers include insurance as part of their collection and delivery arrangements as once the artwork leaves the gallery it will no longer be covered by the gallery insurance i.e. the buyer will be responsible for any loss or damage once the work leaves the premises. Details of such arrangements must be communicated to the exhibition administrator after making a purchase and prior to the expected collection date.
For any other special delivery arrangements please contact the exhibition administrator before making a purchase.
Delivery of Online Sales
Sold works will only be dispatched on or after the exhibition finish date and once any additional costs for dispatch and delivery have been paid in full by the buyer which will be added to the purchase price of the artwork.
It is expected that dispatch of all online sales will be completed within one month of the exhibition finish date. Buyers will be notified of dispatch and expected delivery dates if arranged by the exhibition administrator.
For the case of Buyers collecting work, Buyers will only be able to collect their purchase on or after the exhibition finish date or on a date arranged with the exhibition administrator (i.e. if any special arrangements have been agreed).
