Nicola Bowers BSc(Hons) MSc

Statement

I consider myself quite an experimental artist, not necessarily restricted to a single medium but allowing the subject to suggest its medium. For example the delicacy of the human form depicted in pastel on coloured paper with the form found by erasing marks,  to a mixed media architectural landscape with layers of history depicted in the mark making and collage, often using text as a directional line.
